The first one is a two-day diet method that uses apple and yogurt. You can choose any two-day in any week to conduct this diet method. At the first day, you eat apple in every meal instead of staple food and meat. In the next day, you drink yogurt or skim milk all day without eat anything.
The second method is a one-week period diet method that uses vegetable soup. During the whole week, you should drink vegetable soup at lunch and dinner. However, you have to eat your breakfast regularly and try avoid food with high fat, sugar and protein.
The last one is fruit fasting method. If you want to have a healthy body, you should at least apply this method once in every week. At one particular day in every week, you should eating fruit instead of any food. This method can help you losing weight while cleansing your body system.
In my opinion, no matter how useful these diet methods are, eating regular is far more important than any diet method. In addition, developing a regular eating habit and doing regular exercise are more useful for building healthy and slim body shape.
